Sales Representative (Photoshoot)

As a Photoshoot Specialist on this team, you will be challenged to provide amazing sales support to our customers worldwide. By providing guidance, building rapport, and extracting key information about the needs of our customers, you'll be giving them an incredible booking experience and your impact here will be the lifeblood that powers the company's explosive growth and enables our consumers to access on-demand photography worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end booking process, ensuring that each assigned booking is successfully completed.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to schedule their photo shoots, providing reminders to both customers and photographers to ensure readiness for scheduled appointments, and facilitating rescheduling when necessary.
  • Address customer inquiries about the photo shoot process and effectively resolve any scheduling issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers to understand clients' needs and provide expert consultation on the best approach to fulfill those needs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and driven attitude towards company growth, taking initiative and going above and beyond to accomplish tasks and meet objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on sales to clients in the US or Australia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner and email etiquette.
  • Proven ability to maintain a proactive and results-driven "let's get it done" mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to execute tasks swiftly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated capability in positively influencing customers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Preferred familiarity with Australian and American culture, as well as knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
