RESPONSIBILITIES
- Database and systems management
- Manage the organisations CRM system infrastructure and data quality (Salesforce).
- Continually review the businesses data strategy, providing advice on how best to structure our systems to ensure efficiencies.
- Develop workflows and integration of databases with other systems and platforms (E.g., JobPac, Smartsheet).
- Expand or refine sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated.
- Troubleshoot workflows, approval cycles, email campaigns, auto-responders that generate excessive bounced mails.
- Maintain and upkeep data integrity & cleansing protocols.
- Monitor the CRM data records to ensure that all details are correctly displayed, making corrections where inaccuracy is found.
- As requested, integrate excel data from multiple sources and subscriptions to Salesforce.
- Maintain procedures including back up processes and security tests.
- Assist with the upgrades and process improvements of Salesforce.
- Track and monitor that procedures/guideline for use of all the businesses systems are complied with across the organization.
- Reporting and support
- Develop and fine-tune reports to yield meaningful metrics. Review and consolidate data into reports.
- Undertake regular reporting in Salesforce and other systems.
- Run and develop dashboards where necessary.
- Import leads and contacts where required.
- Maintain system user – action onboarding/exit procedures and manage password resets (where necessary).
- Support and train users – assisting with resolving user problems in real time.
- Assist users with making changes to dashboards and report data requirements.
- Prepare training plans and monitor that it is correctly applied and understood by users.
- Work closely across departments in a consultancy role, assisting with implementation and upgrades of systems.
