Salesforce Developer (Freelance)

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to work with an Australian client in supporting and managing the group’s CRM that is distribution centric and user friendly. The role will work with the wider group achieve business goals and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate for this role will be offered a special Sign On Bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Work on the Salesforce architect project for both Australia and New Zealand
  • Oversee Salesforce Process automation including process builder, workflow rules, flows, validation rules and approvals
  • General administration of salesforce platform including user maintenance, troubleshooting
  • Building custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Managing operation requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views.
  • Monthly reporting on statics for teams across the business
  • Work with all divisions using the Salesforce to ensure they are actively using the platform per company standard. 
  • Provide best practice support to Salesforce users across the group.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce Developer
  • Experience with Lightning flows, Process Builder, and Visual Force are good to have
  • Preferably with Salesforce Administrator and Platform APP Builder Certifications
  • Candidates who are willing to be certified may be provided a Salesforce certification program by the client, subject to terms and conditions.
  • Salesforce Administration Support background is preferred
  • Strong ability to translate business processes into Salesforce workflows
  • Passion for creating efficient process and operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail, positive can-do attitude
  • Must have excellent time management skills and organization skills
  • Adaptable to change and new processes
  • Sound influencing skills required to engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Preferably with experience in working with a financial services company
  • Must have a good English communication skill.
  • Must be willing to work in the morning shift following the Australian timezone
