- Preparation of daily unit prices and update of general ledger / unit pricing system and supporting work papers.
- Cash and Portfolio Reconciliations.
- Monthly management accounts preparation including commentary.
- Monthly regulatory and tax reporting (BAS)
- Quarterly compliance lodgements.
- Assist with drafting statutory accounts including reconciliations and collating documents.
- Multiple ad-hoc tasks including preparation of analysis in response to queries from both internal and external parties.
- Ability to assist other teams in the organisation (Ex. fund management, operations, wider business) when required.
- Contribute to process improvement across daily/monthly tasks.

- Unit pricing experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in fast paced environment.
- Experience with PFS Paxus Fund Accounting/Sage software advantageous.
- Motivated, 'hands-on' individual with initiative, an inquisitive mind and a willingness to deal with any number of tasks which need attention.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as a large portion of the role involves interaction with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
