Troubleshoot technical problems and provide efficient solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback and contribute to platform improvements.
Familiarity with Wialon (by Gurtam) is a plus, though not critical for the role.
Responsibilities
CAD Experience:
Proficient in using Fusion 360 for designing and modelling components and assemblies.
Knowledge of Circuit Maker for circuit design (not critical) is a bonus.
Software Development:
Have experience working with the Lua programming language.
Familiarity with the Orbcomm Development Environment is a plus, though not a critical requirement.
Documentation:
Create comprehensive and clear technical reports that document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices.
Contribute to the creation of brochures and other promotional materials to effectively communicate the value of our asset management platform & products to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline).
Proven experience in client support, ideally within a technology or software-focused environment.
Proficiency in Fusion 360 for CAD design and modelling.
Familiarity with the Lua programming language.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client engagement and documentation creation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of Wialon by Gurtam and Orbcomm Development Environment is a plus, though not essential.
