Sourcing & Marketing Consultant

The position is primarily responsible for planning and implementing various sourcing strategies to meet new requisitions, as well as fulfilling hiring replacements by building a healthy pool of candidates and ensuring that there is always a steady flow of applications coming in. This includes the creation of materials and gathering of key information to help strengthen the company’s brand and use this as a channel to sustain the hiring needs of the company.

Responsibilities

Sourcing Administration and Marketing

 

  • Assist in providing feasible Sourcing and Marketing recommendations to support the hiring demands of the team
  • Execute and represent the company in all external and internal pre-planned recruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Career Talks, Recruitment Open-House, and other related activities
  • Keep track of all hiring needs and ensure that marketing strategies and projects relevant to the open requisitions are set in place and executed with relevant results and Conceptualize programs/projects to enhance the sourcing channels currently utilized per vertical or position
  • Increase coverage of sourcing efforts which shall not be limited to paper-screening and phone-screening to ensure that KPIs, SLAs, and Target Hires are met by:
  • Creating job postings on the Company's website, Job Portals, and social media channels;
  • Screening of all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure that they meet the minimum requirement for all open positions;
  • Continuously initiate different types of sourcing efforts to ensure a steady flow of applications regardless of the absence of Recruitment events / activities and build a healthy pool of candidates for active endorsements
  • Generating high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies, initiatives, and tactics including networking, internet job boards, database mining, referrals, ad response, professional outreach, agencies and advanced sourcing techniques for calibration with the entire Recruitment Team
  • Creating partnerships will all levels of the organization, external third party vendors, universities, associations and other recruiting sources
  • Cost management and ensure the implementation of cost-effective measures to fill existing requirements

 

Facilitation and Implementation of Sourcing Strategies

 

  • Examine the feasibility and success of various sourcing strategies/projects through data gathering and research as well as determining and implementing recruiting / lead generation techniques appropriate for the market, industry, skill set and region of each open role
  • Evaluate market conditions and ensures candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated field demand
  • Develop detailed project plan documentation to guide and identify dependencies and key milestones to meet deadlines and budget requirements
  • Establish a sourcing calendar which will be used as reference of sourcing activities that will be facilitated / participated in by the team
  • Keep updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcing and marketing of candidates
  • Monitor, analyze Sourcing data and establish trends and use these as basis to make sourcing strategies and recommendations

 

Others

 

  • Maintain sourcing databases and trackers, and provide statistical reports for proper and accurate monitoring which is key to future Recruitment initiated projects and activities
  • Keep updated on industry trends and practices, primarily competitor intelligence, and make recommendations based on these information
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS/BA Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or any related field
  • With at least 2 years of working experience in the BPO/Offshoring industry doing recruitment / sourcing for various positions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Experience working with Australian clients is a plus
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and success in meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with different types of applicants at all levels
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills and solid analytical decision-making skills
  • General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame as well as the Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
  • Hands on experience in graphic design and/or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
  • Outgoing person who loves to be always outdoor, to meet and talk to people
  • Willing to extend hours if needed; has initiative, and is a go-getter.
