Delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to assist in the achievement of business goals.You will be working closely with your colleagues as part of a national team to help deliver exceptional administrative support to ensure all service standards are met and strong working relationships maintained to ensure exceptional service standards to our clients. Your key functions will include, but are not limited to, the administration of Company Title schemes, By-Law collation & registration and updating and maintaining our client database.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data in relevant computer systems and other databases
• Adhere to business processing guidelines
• Understand and follow the organisation's administration policies
• Support the implementation of new work practices and processes
• Maintain system and process knowledge through regular training and coaching sessions
• Attend relevant technical training and pass on relevant points to other team members

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in Admin and Database.
  • Experience in Accounting is a must have.
  • Customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of the Strata industry - Nice to have
  • Accurate data-entry skills
  • Database Management
  • Competent in Microsoft Applications i.e. Word; Excel etc.
  • Knowledge of BCMax - Nice to have
  • Desirable knowledge in various strata support functions such as: OC Certificates, Company Share & Stratum Estates, Accounts Payable, Trust Accounting, Compliance, Keys, Updates, Reception, Levies & Debt Recovery - Nice to have
