SQL Application Support

The SQL Application Support works together with our Support, Implementation and Development teams to write and execute SQL queries for a variety of business needs. The SQL Application Support should have strong written and spoken English and be able to manage large amounts of emails and chat messages, addressing them in a timely and prioritised manner.

• Deal with highly sensitive information in a secure and appropriate fashion.
• Manage large amounts of emails and chats messages, developing a sense of priority and responding to them in a timely manner.
• Identify internal and external customer needs, clarify information, develop solutions in
• SQL and communicate with the Development team on confirming and executing these.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by frequently going the extra mile.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Document and maintain SQL query sets.

• At least one year working with SQL in a commercial environment.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Conversational skills.
• Ability to think through an issue and resolve it in an effective way.
• Customer centric focus.
• Ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with systems such as Zendesk or Jira would be advantageous.
• GraphQL experience would be great but is not a requirement.
• Amenable to work in the morning shift, temporary work from home with a permanent work location in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
