We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with extensive On-Premises and Cloud Technology knowledge to join our friendly and professional team.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and monitoring IT infrastructure comprising Cloud and On-premises infrastructure. You will participate in the teams’ projects, migration planning, and execution and act as a point of escalation to Level 1 & 2 support teams.
You will proactively perform maintenance activities while deploying and documenting technical solutions. You will also maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including local and remote users, senior management, and external providers/third-party vendors.
We are looking for a team player who is customer orientated and has a proactive approach to problem-solving. Working independently and leading a project team is key to this role’s success.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years’ experience managing and configuring Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019) and Active directory.
AD to Azure AD migration and consolidation experience
Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing Microsoft Office 365 suite, Azure environment and AWS.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing enterprise LAN, WAN and VPN Technologies
Strong Networking Skills (TCP/IP and Multicast), NAT, VLAN, Switching and routing.
Good knowledge of Firewall and network segregation (AWS firewall or on-Premises Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Palo Alto)
Advanced skills in implementing security standards.
Demonstrated experiences in implementing identity services – Single Sign-on, ADFS, SAML.
Administering and maintaining a range of networks and systems, both cloud and On-premises
Demonstrated experience in deploying and maintaining medium to large-scale cloud environments, including server and email migration to Microsoft technology stack such as Office 365, Azure etc.
Provide recommendations for improvements to infrastructure and IT processes.
Overseeing patch management regimes and anti-virus compliance
The ability to communicate fluently in both oral and written form
Conceptual and analytic skills
The ability to mentor team members and collaborate with peers
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation
AWS and Azure certification
Microsoft 365 certification
ITIL certification
