- Preparation of tax calculations (GST, PAYG, annual income tax calculations)
- Preparation of quarterly Business Activity Statements for Australian entities
- Preparation of deliverables for financial reporting as required

This is a newly created role, which role primarily involves statutory and management reporting and tax compliance across Unlisted Centuria Property Funds.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be an Accountant that is CA/CPA qualified with business services or property fund experience.
- Big 4 or mid-tier chartered experience prior to commercial roles and experience in property and funds management will be well regarded.
- IFRS statutory reporting experience
- Previous experience in fast paced environment.
- Experience with System experience (OneSource Accounts Production for financial statements,
- OneSource Trusts for income tax calculations, MRI property management system)
- Motivated, 'hands-on' individual with initiative, an inquisitive mind, and a willingness to deal with any number of tasks which need attention.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as a large portion of the role involves interaction with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work with conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Amenable to be in a Hybrid work Setup (Office is located in BGC)
