Provide a first-level support for the triage process for user systems requests and assist with requirements gathering for new ideas and reports.
Key responsibilities
The tasks and responsibilities for the role include:
Review new and existing system requests on a daily basis. Interpreting the nature of the request and initial response. Help the systems
support team to resolve issues in a timely manner, working to defined SLAs. Monthly status reporting.
Touch base and engaging with the systems support team as well as requestors from the depth and breadth of the business.
This will involve engaging with users and walking through business functional and non-functional requirements.
Qualification & Experience
Must Have: 2 years minimum experience within Large organisation, Degree qualified, working with accounting / ERP systems, as well as:
Property industry experience preferable, not essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams preferable, not essential
Any experience with the following would be beneficial: MRI, Nexus, MyBuildings, Sage, Paxus or other larger ERP systems
Support and Triage experience / exposure is preferential
Accounting principles and knowledge.
