Talent Aquisition Supervisor

The position holds overall accountability of the end-to-end recruitment process whilst strengthening relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Recruitment Lead heads the team through day-to-day control and direction of candidate processing: from testing and screening of applicants and conducting interviews, thorough client selection, due diligence checks, and job offers. This role is also expected to collaborate with other business units within the organization regarding all recruitment-related matters to ensure that hiring requisitions are filled in a timely manner and that identified candidates are not only qualified for a role, but also shares the same vision and values of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients and provide information regarding the recruitment process while properly setting expectations with regard to profile requirements, candidate endorsements, and hiring turnaround times
    • Monitor the progress of all open tracks and ensure timely endorsement / feedback is provided to clients
    • Address the requests / inquiries of clients in a timely manner
    • Conduct regular calibration sessions with clients/hiring managers for feedback and updates to ensure alignment in agreed upon recruitment terms
    • Perform other initiatives that can further solidify client relationship
    • Resolve client escalation within a reasonable time and identify recruitment issues and develop/implement possible solutions
    • Drive client satisfaction and play a proactive role in solidifying client relations
    Team Management and Process Development
    • Strengthen team dynamics and drive fulfillment of individual and overall team metrics
    • Drive the team to perform and excel
    • Monitor the team’s performance and provide coaching as needed; perform regular 1:1 sessions
    • Ensure timely and proper communication of changes and new strategies to the team
    • Monitors the end-to-end process and identifies areas that needs to be further developed
    • Improve current Recruitment processes to further increase client and candidate satisfaction
    Recruitment Operations (Sourcing and Recruiting)
    • Responsible for administration of the standard recruitment process for all open tracks including conducting job interviews and placement (Offer and Due Diligence)
    • Act as a subject matter expert by providing recommendation for all recruitment-related concerns
    • Recommends sourcing activities/recruitment strategies based on yield rate and cost
    • Conduct calibration meetings with clients/hiring managers to ensure understanding of recruitment requirements, processes and timelines
    • Directly liaise with clients/hiring managers with all matters pertaining to recruitment
    • Ensure that all manpower requirements are delivered within the agreed upon turn-around time
    Report Generation
    • Maintain trackers and generate reports as required
    • Provide regular recruitment reports for analysis and strategizing
    • Utilize the data gathered / reports generated to establish recommendations to improve the process
    • Manage the implementation and gathering of recruiting reports including but not limited to: staffing, weekly/end of month recruiting reports, open track report etc.
     

Qualifications

    • At least five (5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in the same capacity
    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Science, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
    • Strong client relations background
    • Must have extensive and current experience in sourcing and recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the outsourcing/offshoring industry
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with solid decision-making skills
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills across all people in all departments, as well as externally with clients, business partners  and suppliers
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey issues accurately, effectively and often with empathy to people at all levels
    • Specific skills in drafting and interpreting documentation (Policies, Processes, Checklists, etc.)
    • Have an understanding of the current business climate and career trends  with strong business understanding and acumen
    • Exceptional time management and work prioritization skills with the ability to switch between issues as required
    • Competent with budgets, targets and finances; trustworthy, intuitive, organized and methodical
    • Good management and interpersonal skills; approachable, and can deal with matters with integrity, fairness and diplomacy
    • Excellent interpersonal and people skills with the ability to liaise with staff and clients at all levels
    • Experience working in fast-moving, high-volume working environment/industry
    • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability with proven track record in meeting tight deadlines
    • Exceptional English verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Strong planning, coordination, organizational and administrative skills
    • Proficient in using MS Office applications with strong MS Excel skills and is tech savvy
    • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and is customer service-oriented
    • Strong commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude that responds to client and business needs
    • Patient and flexible in all work duties
