- Support A team of approximately 10 to 15 agents,
- Assist agents in their development and guide them in their work,
- Monitor employee work schedules, absences, lateness, etc.,
- Handle escalation and customer follow-up cases,
- Carry out coaching,
- Provide a report on a daily basis with the supervisor.
