Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience as a UI Designer
- Knowledge of high transactional e-commerce environments
- Ability to apply evidence gathered from qualitative/quantitative research and other sources to inform, support or make decisions
- Proficiency in a range of UI design skills (Research, IA, Interaction Design, prototyping, usability, design system)
- Proven expertise turning complex business requirements into simple and engaging digital user experiences.
- Familiarity in the use of collaborative UX tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, Zeplin & Creative Suite, a plus but not a strict requirement
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean product development principles.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS and other current web technologies
- Must have a portfolio that demonstrates your breadth of experience and understanding of UI principles.
- Must have a growth mindset, a strong desire to learn and can be resilient in a fast moving environment
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Able to prioritise and re-prioritise workload across multiple program
- Amenable to work in the morning shift, temporary work from home with a permanent work location in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
