US Marketing Project Manager (Work From Home)

Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client's vision and objectives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and development, to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for the client's marketing initiatives, outlining goals,
    timelines, resources, and budget requirements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, alignment on client's project objectives, and effective collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks, obstacles, and
    delays to ensure timely delivery and alignment with the client's goals.
  • Analyze project performance data and prepare reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement, tailored to the client's specific needs and growth targets.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the client's branding and messaging guidelines, as well as
    industry best practices.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and external agencies to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in line with the client's standards.
  • Continuously assess and improve the client's project management processes, tools, and
    techniques to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment similar to the client.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to
    detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the client's culture.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or
    Microsoft Project.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on the client's target market and industry.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement for the clinet's marketing efforts.
